Yes. Every piece at Noor Al Zahab is crafted with strict quality control, premium materials, and attention to detail to ensure lasting beauty and durability.

To maintain shine, avoid direct exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, lotions, and water. Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place inside its original pouch or a soft-lined box when not in use.

Standard domestic orders take 3 to 5 business days, while custom or resized items require 5 to 10 business days for crafting prior to dispatch. International shipping typically takes 7 to 14 business days.

Once your parcel leaves our facility, you will receive an email containing a direct tracking number and link to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

We offer returns or exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Bespoke, custom-engraved, or specially resized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
